What makes oleo collective different?

At oleo collective we focus on simple, natural, oil-based skincare made with high-quality, plant-derived ingredients. Every blend is crafted in small batches to ensure freshness, purity, and effectiveness without fillers, synthetic fragrances, or harsh chemicals.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Yes. Each formula is designed to work with your skin’s natural barrier. We offer oils suited for dry, oily, sensitive, and combination skin. Many customers with reactive skin find our products gentle and balancing.

Will facial oils make my skin feel greasy?

No! When applied correctly, natural oils absorb beautifully into the skin. Our oils are lightweight, non-comedogenic that nourish without clogging pores or leaving a heavy residue.

How do I apply your facial oils?

Apply 3-6 drops (a pea-sized amount!) to clean, to clean hands and slightly damp skin. Gently press into your face, neck and skin. You can use the oils alone or layer them with your favourite serums or moisturiser. Avoid contact with your eyes! 

Can I use oleo collective oils every day?

Absolutely! Our products are intended for daily, long-term use. You can use them morning, night, or both! Whichever suits your routine.

Are your products natural and cruelty-free?

Yes 100%! oleo collective uses the highest quality, natural, plant-based ingredients sourced from ethical suppliers. Our ingredients are free from all toxic chemicals and none of our products or ingredients are tested on animals - we are vegan and cruelty free! 

Do you use fragrance or essential oils?

Our products are pure, fragrance-free. If you have sensitive skin, you've come to the right place! 

How long will one bottle last?

With daily use, a 30ml bottle typically lasts about 2-3 months. A little goes a long way with pure oils!

Are your products safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Most of our oils are safe to use; however, some oils are not recommended during pregnancy. We advise checking product descriptions, test-patching and consulting your healthcare professional if unsure.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping rates and times vary by location and are shown at checkout.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

How should I store my oils?

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the dropper is tightly closed to maintain freshness.

Why does caster oil need to be in a glass bottle?

Caster oil is sensitive to sunlight. UV exposure can break down the oil, reducing its effectiveness and shortening its shelf life. Amber and darker glass helps block light and keep the oil stable for longer! 

Why do you use glass bottles not plastic?

Certain plastics can react with natural oils. overtime chemicals from plastics can leach into products - that's why at oleo collective we only use glass bottles for your precious oils. Glass is recyclable and reusable, making it eco-friendly. Glass maintains the freshness and quality creating an airtight barrier that better preserves the oil's natural ingredients, vitamins and fatty acids. This helps the oil stay potent and effective from first drop to last!
